On May 15th, Managing Partner, Puneet Singh, presented a legal seminar on the eviction process for the Contra Costa Chapter of the California Apartment Association. During the seminar Ms. Singh covered termination notices, just cause and tenant protection ordinances, the eviction process, and tenant delay tactics.
