Happy Sandhu received her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of San Jose as the valedictorian of her class. She was awarded the best oral argument in Moot Court Competitions and was a member of the Lincoln Law Review. She completed her undergraduate from San Jose State University with a major in History and minor in Political Science. She carries varied legal experience ranging from asylum, criminal, family, and real estate law. Outside of practicing law, she practices motherhood in which her three young children constantly challenge her argumentative skills. She loves spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading and playing board games.
