Jane Creason received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 1997. Ms. Creason brings extensive experience in civil litigation and unlawful detainer matters. She has litigated close to 5,000 trials in her career. Her focus has always been the systematic collection of evidence prior to trial, to leverage settlements in lieu of the risk of costly and unpredictable jury trials. At worst, the methodical collection of evidence or lack thereof can help assess those trial with extraordinary high risk. Ms. Creason also served as a judge pro tem for seven years and has served as an instructor for the crime free multi housing program in Alameda county.
